HOW TO DEAL WITH BREAKUPS: When you still love him (when you still love her)







  *-First off, i’m not trying to promise here that everything is going to be okay ‘cos who am i to know, right? But i’m telling you that it’s not gonna hurt to try. To breathe. To live.-*

  I know, i know. It sounds strange like,  “wtf u both just luv y make things so complicated” But yes. It does. It does really happens. And it suck.
There are reasons why it happen. Stuff like: Issues about Compatibility, Illness, Mental Illness, Private issues, etc,.
  And now for those who’re in current situation, this one’s for you.



  You see, there are lots of articles written, books published, and infos given on how to get over breakups. And I know it’s hard. It’s easier said than done. But the key to get over this fucked up situation you’re currently in is a li’l bit of pushups. Not literally, but emotionally. You gotta push yourself and immediately think of good reasons to continue (i.e, you gotta feed your pet cat).

Here’s a 5 simple steps on how to begin:
STEP ONE (1):  Wherever, whenever, whatever you are, drop it off and take a bath. Wash your face. It’s 6 in the morning, idc go to the bathroom and drown yourself (lol). You’re out, go home and prepare some nice warm bath and splash it on your skin. It’s not like u’re gonna get sick, if u did well idk lol jk but nope. You’re not gonna get sick just by washing your face or hands or something. Maybe youll catch cold lol. i know you may not be in the mood to do this, it did not even crossed your mind but a break up where you still both love each other makes you feel like blank. You’re not actually crying. You are staring at nothing. And you don’t even think about anything.
So, where is a perfect place for that? Not in your bed cos it’ll just leave you depressed and feel much more lonely. YES! in the bath tub. or toilet. 

STEP TWO (2):  (If it’s in the morning). Eat heavy meals after washing your face. But avoid eating junkfoods. Didnt sleep well last night? you’ll actually gonna feel sleepy after eating heavy meals and drinking warm milk.
  (in the evening). After washing yourself, you can’t sleep. U dont wanna play that video game both of u likes. not in the mood for reading books. U just want that person back. but then again, D o n t g o o u t s i d e t o d r i n k. Eat that two slices of pizza (ONLY TWO! IT’S NIGHT!), turn your music loud, paint your nails, fix your bed. fix your books. Drink a cup of tea. 
Here’s a list of tea that you may wanna try:
(1) Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Tea - It also has the added benefit of being soothing on the tummy.
It contains:
  • Chamomile
  • Spearmint
  • Lemon Grass
  • Tilia Flowers
  • Blackberry Leaves
  • Orange Blossoms
  • Hawthorn Berries

Over all in STEP 2, Just do your normal routine day. The only difference is that, you are no longer attached to anyone specifically. 

STEP THREE (3):
  Actually believe in a God
. You know, at some point of your life, you’ll get tired of seeking evidences and it’ll just make you feel more nothing. You need to kind of stop and actually ask God for help deep down in your heart. You may want to talk to a God (the invisible man in the sky) rather than your earthly friends which some of them may say “you’re just making things complicated” and some of you don’t have any.
I am not religious or anything by all means but it actually helped me. Deep down inside, i knew it made a difference.

STEP FOUR (4):
  E
xercise. Work out. Go sweaty.
I know you’re not in the mood to be productive today. But you don’t have to do it immediately. Just do it after listening to your favorite senti-song while you’re wrapped in a warm and cozy blanket, having wrinkles on your skin, stressing out, doing nothing and being nothing. Please note the sarcasm lol.

STEP FIVE (5):
  Hope for the best. It is one of the best feeling in the world when you know you acted mature enough in a situation where you want to cry out loud, blame the government, your parents, your meal last night, your dog, your sister, yourself. I mean, it’s one thing to let all your feelings out but make sure to make it quick. Make it fast so you won’t do any further damage. Finish it fast and fix yourself again. Move on, step forward. Do something quick that’ll make you love yourself and realize your self-value.
Treasure your memories. After all, you really did love that person. Hope for the best for your loved ones too.
You see, there is a problem in you that makes it harder for you to love someone. Fix it first and maybe, just maybe, you’ll be able to continue the story you two both decided to cut for some reason. It is sad. But that’s how life works.


  These are common tips that you probably heard from your grandma but actually doing these simple steps is another thing. You’ll gonna cry eventually and miss that person terribly but remember the reason why it has come to an end. Remember why the insides of you sigh and said ‘it’s finally done’. Please, please. Learn to fix things before, learn to complete things before, finding someone to spend the rest of your lives with.
