MY OWN EASY AND HEALTHY TUNA PASTA RECIPE by CRMSNCHRYSNTHS



Hi, everyone! I know this is new. Today, we will be going to talk about F O O D instead of makeup!

If you are a busy person like me, you know the drill. It is hard to prepare for your own food. Especially during dinner time, if you have the time to prep your food you'll gonna choose sleep instead.

So, let me share you guys my super easy tuna pasta recipe! You can literally cook this in 10 minutes or less.

So, you need to have the following ingredients:


First and of course the "foundation" of this recipe is the pasta. Now, you can either have the instant (dry) one or the fresh one. To make the fresh one, you need to have the following ingredients:
note: of course when you chose the fresh pasta, you need to have an extra minute for this!
✓Flour
✓Salt
✓Eggs
✓Olive oil
Procedure:
1. Start your dough
2. Whisk and knead the dough
3. Let the dough rest
4. Divide the dough into smaller parts to make it easier in rolling it.
5. Roll the dough until thin
6. Slice and loosen
7. Cook for 2-3 mins (because fresh pasta cooks faster than dry pasta)




Now for our main star: TUNA PASTA RECIPE! 💓💓💓

Ingredients:
Dry or Fresh pasta
2-3 cans of tuna or fresh tuna
1 large fresh tomato, diced
1 medium red onion, diced
5 cloves of garlic, diced or garlic powder.
1 medium-sized lemon, squeeze out ALL the juice
Salt, pepper, and pinch of chili flakes for taste

Optional: steamed broccoli (for decoration)


STEP NUMBER ONE:
Cook pasta in a boiling water with a salt and a little bit of olive oil for 5 mins (dry pasta) or 2 mins (fresh pasta). Set aside.

STEP NUMBER TWO:
Saute onion and garlic until golden brown. I like it that way. I think that brings out the flavor more.

STEP NUMBER THREE:
When you think the onion and garlic are ready, add the tuna. Then add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
When it starts to simmer, add lemon juice. Lastly, add fresh tomatoes.

STEP NUMBER FOUR:
Mix the cooked pasta with the tuna. Then again, add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Your personal preference.

STEP NUMBER FIVE:
Remove from heat and add a few chili flakes if you want to. Top it off with steamed broccoli if that is your choice.

Serve hot! 🔥
